I am so grateful to have you here. Many of my clients come to therapy because they know life has more to offer. Perhaps they would like to have more self-confidence, improved relationships, a greater sense of purpose, or an overall state of contentment and joy.
Sometimes these realities feel out of reach. You may lack the knowledge or tools to reach your goals or perhaps you are not sure where to begin. There may be habits or ways of coping that sabotage or derail your progress. As your therapist I will be your guide and companion on your journey to becoming more joyfully embodied. In therapy I will help you to develop the tools and resources you need. We will work together to identify, replace, or let go of the behaviors that are no longer serving you.
I believe even our most challenging circumstances can be used to move us closer to the person we were created to be. If you are ready to start your journey, I would be honored to assist you along the way. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, trauma, and so much more.
In therapy I draw from a variety of theoretical modalities including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, attachment therapy, couples therapy, addiction recovery, family systems therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I also have extensive training in eating disorder recovery and intuitive eating. Learn more about my process here.
